At SCLD we train people to train others, we provide Coaching & Mentoring programmes up to ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) level 7 which would provide a great foundation for anyone who wants to be a Life Coach for example.

Sarah Christie and David Minchin of SCLD also represent Adair International by running the Adair Leadership Academy in the UK. We train people to become Accredited Action Centred Leadership Trainers.

John Adair is one of the world’s leading authorities on leadership development. He has written over 40 books which have been translated into many laguages. In 2010 his book ‘The Leadership of Muhammad’ was published. In 2009 John was appointed the Chair of Leadership Studies United Nations Staff College in Turin.
